1:1 intuitive life coaching sessions are very dynamic and tailored sessions. This is an energy healing session. Each session starts with a review of your intake form. This allows me to get a good understanding of how to guide the session.
I will check in with the body energetically to get a sense of what it requires and will ask questions to confirm what I am feeling/sensing.
Because issues rarely present alone, we will start to dive into further questions to follow the story through the body in order to find the root cause (point of origin).

You will be provided a workbook outlining your North node, South node, Chiron, Sun, Moon and Ascendant (Rising) signs. In the online session, we will discuss how you can use these points to uncover old pattern and beliefs, and how you can lean into the True North path to get that momentum back into your life.
This is another deep dive into Astrology, more specifically your Venus sign. This is for the women who feel they have lost themselves or have been stuck in their masculine energy for too long.
I will help you analyze your specific Venus sign and together we will craft your path back to your divine feminine energy.
You will be provided a workbook detailing for your Venus sign and its impact in your life. The workbook will also include journal prompts and embodiment practices that will allow you to reconnect with your self-worth, your feminine energy and your inner magnetism. In the online session, we will discuss how you can put this information into practice in your everyday life.
